TestAS

TestAS is a central standardized academic exam that focuses on the intellectual capacities of potential students who wish to study in German universities and come from non-EU countries.

The exam can be taken in both German and English.

The exam has three parts: basic test, particular field test and language test. The language test is conducted online, whereas the basic test and the particular field test are paper based.

This exam can be taken at your licensed exam center LinguaLink.

You register in person on the website http://www.testas.de on the candidates section.
Upon application, you will receive a confirmation email with a link.

In order to successfully pass the test you are required to be at least on a B1 lever according to the CEFRL.
