LEVEL A1: BASIC USER

ENGLISH COURSES FOR CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS

Courses at level A1 (A1.1/A1.2) last for a whole academic year each, with two sessions of 80 minutes per week.

Students acquire basic competence in the four language skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking. Courses offer an interesting and stimulating teaching syllabi aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) level A1.

These courses prepare children for the telc English A1 Junior exam which can be taken upon completion of course А1.2.

 

LEVEL A1: BASIC USER

COURSES FOR ADULTS

Courses for adults at level A1 (А1.1 and А1.2) last one academic year and classes take place twice a week. Course books and materials used throughout the courses are from acclaimed and reputable British publishers and have shown excellent results. The main focus is on communication and integrated skills that enable students to use the language with great confidence. Courses at level A1 are aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) level A1 and prepare adult students for telc English A1 exam which can be taken upon completion of course А1.2.

For candidates who are not LinguaLink's students and would like to prepare for the telc English A1 exam, LinguaLink offers Friday courses of 5 classes. These courses provide overview, test strategies and tips for the language exams and help candidates pass the exam successfully.
